Earn points for purchases and selected activities, then redeem them for discounts and rewards. Create an account or log in to your VPLAB account to get started.

How to get started

1. Create a VPLAB account and verify your email address.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Open the loyalty program widget on our website to view your points balance, ways to earn points and available rewards.

How to earn points

• Purchases — 10 points for every full €5 spent. The minimum eligible order amount is €10.
• Create an account — 50 points after verifying your email address.
• Subscribe to our email newsletter — 70 points.
• Follow @vplab_official on Instagram — 30 points.
• Share the VPLAB website — 40 points.
• Leave a product review — 120 points.
• Add a photo to your review — an additional 80 points, for a total of 200 points.

Please note: points for creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter, following us on Instagram and sharing the website can be earned only once per customer.

Birthday reward

Add your date of birth in the loyalty program widget. On your birthday, you will receive a free shipping reward with the following conditions:

• Minimum order amount: €20
• Available in: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
• Maximum eligible shipping rate: €7
• Reward validity: 30 days

Adding your date of birth does not award points. The free shipping reward is issued on your birthday.

Available rewards

• 600 points — 10% off products in the “Nosale” collection
  Minimum purchase amount: €10
• 700 points — €5 off the entire order
  Minimum purchase amount: €30
• 1,200 points — a free VPLAB bottle
• 1,200 points — 15% off products in the “Nosale” collection
  Minimum purchase amount: €15
• 1,400 points — €10 off the entire order
  Minimum purchase amount: €50
• 2,400 points — 25% off products in the “Nosale” collection
  Minimum purchase amount: €20

How to redeem your points

1. Log in to your VPLAB account.
2. Open the loyalty program widget.
3. Select “How to spend points”.
4. Choose your reward and redeem the required number of points.
5. Copy the reward code and enter it during checkout.

Before redeeming your points, check the reward’s minimum purchase amount, eligible products and validity period.

Important information

• Points for an order are issued after the order has been paid.
• Points earned from a cancelled, fully refunded or partially refunded order may be removed from your balance.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Points currently have no expiration date. Individual rewards may have their own validity period after they are issued.
• Percentage and fixed-amount rewards can be combined only with eligible shipping discounts.
• The birthday free shipping reward can be combined with eligible order or product discounts.
• The availability of discount combinations depends on the conditions of the specific promotion and Shopify checkout rules.
