The fine print
- Points for an order are granted once it has been paid for.
- Points are calculated on the goods as you paid for them — VAT included, shipping excluded.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points granted for it may be deducted on the same basis.
- Points cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the day they are granted, and a reminder is sent 30 days before they lapse; an individual reward has its own validity once claimed.
- Percentage and fixed-amount rewards combine only with matching shipping discounts.
- The birthday free-delivery reward combines with matching order or product discounts.
- VPLAB may change the programme terms, the way points are granted and the rewards on offer.
