Delivery and payment

Free delivery is applied automatically when the order total (goods, excluding delivery) reaches:

• €59 — Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland
• €79 — Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Czechia
• €99 — Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, France

Free delivery does not apply to Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery time after dispatch:

• Latvia — 1–2 business days
• Lithuania, Estonia — 1–3 business days
• Rest of Europe — 3–8 business days
• Outside Europe — 8–20 business days

Delivery time can vary with the carrier, the destination and customs procedures where these apply.

Once the order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. Tracking information can take up to 2 business days to update. If there is still nothing after that, write to store@vplab.com.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are paid by the recipient and depend on the destination country.

If the order has not been dispatched yet, write to store@vplab.com and we can still change the address. If the parcel is already on its way, the courier will contact you; if they cannot reach you, the parcel may be returned to us.

We will either resend the order or refund it. To avoid mistakes, we will first ask you to confirm the delivery address.

In Europe most parcels are delivered by DPD and international shipments by DHL. In some cases the parcel is handed over to a local delivery partner. In the Baltics, parcel locker delivery is provided by Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts Express, Itella, Unisend and Venipak.

Available payment methods: Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian bank payments (Montonio) and payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). All payments are processed over a secure connection; we do not store card details.
