Cancellation of an Order

After placing an order, you may contact us at store@vplab.com to request changes to your order, including:

  • changing the delivery address and/or delivery details;

  • adding or removing items from the order;

  • cancelling the order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Please note that once the order has been processed, packed or handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible 

Distance Contract / Returns Policy

In accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation and distance selling rules, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform VPlab of their decision by contacting us at store@vplab.com or by using the electronic withdrawal function available on our website, where applicable.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the returned product meets the conditions listed below.

Return Conditions

Products can be returned only if they are:

  • unopened;

  • unused;

  • undamaged;

  • in their original sealed packaging;

  • returned with proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice or receipt.

For health, hygiene and product safety reasons, food supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition products, powders, capsules, tablets, gels, drinks and similar consumable products cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened, unsealed, damaged or if the product has been used.

VPlab reserves the right to refuse the return and refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated above.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If the product you received is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not match your order, please contact us at store@vplab.com as soon as possible after receiving the order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number;

  • a short description of the issue;

  • photos of the product, packaging and delivery label, where applicable.

Each case will be reviewed individually. If the issue is confirmed, VPlab will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacing the product, providing a refund or another suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please do not dispose of the product or packaging before contacting us, as we may need this information to review the case.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packed and protected during return delivery. VPlab is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. VPlab may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been sent back.

If the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by VPlab, the additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
