How much is delivery?

Delivery within the Baltics starts from €1.59.

For Baltic parcel locker deliveries, the available options are:

  • Latvia
    • Omniva from €2.50
    • DPD from €2.30
    • Latvijas Pasts Express from €1.59
    • Venipak from €1.95
  • Lithuania
    • DPD from €4.29
  • Estonia
    • DPD from €4.29

Delivery prices for other European and international destinations are calculated at checkout depending on the shipping destination and selected delivery method.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do.

Your order will be shipped free of charge if it meets the required shopping cart minimum.

To be eligible for free delivery, your shopping cart value must be over €50.00 for European destinations.

For United Kingdom orders, free delivery applies to shopping carts over €80.00.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the shipping destination.

  • For destinations in the Baltic region, the estimated delivery time is 2–8 working days
  • For destinations in Europe and outside Europe, the estimated delivery time is 8–20 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, and customs procedures where applicable.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send a tracking link to your email once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 2 working days for the tracking information to update.

Are there any additional shipping fees?

Delivery to destinations outside the EU may incur customs fees and duties. At this time, such fees must be covered by the customer. The amount may vary depending on the destination country.

What can I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete.

If there is an error in the shipping address, the courier may contact you. If they are unable to reach you, the order may be returned to us.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please email us at store@vplab.com, and we will do our best to update the shipping address for you.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

We will either re-ship your order or issue a refund. To avoid possible errors, we may ask you to confirm your shipping address first.

Who will deliver my order?

For the majority of European shipments, we rely on DPD as our preferred courier service, while DHL handles international deliveries.

In some cases, your parcel may be handed over to a local delivery partner to ensure the most efficient service.

For customers in the Baltic region who prefer parcel locker delivery, we work with the following pick-up point providers:

  • Itella
  • Unisend
  • Venipak
