Shipping policy
Delivery is calculated at checkout and depends on the destination country and the delivery method. Free delivery applies when the value of the goods reaches €59 (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland), €79 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Czechia) or €99 (Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, France); free delivery does not apply to Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery takes 1–3 business days in the Baltics, 3–8 business days in the rest of Europe and 8–20 business days outside Europe. A tracking link is emailed to you once the order is dispatched.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are paid by the recipient. If an order is lost in transit we will resend it or refund it. Full details: Delivery and payment.
