El aceite de triglicéridos de cadena media (MCT) es un suplemento dietético que puede añadirse a batidos, café o té y alimentos sin cambiar su textura. Es una fuente saludable de energía rápida, ya que el aceite MCT se digiere fácilmente y requiere menos enzimas y ácidos biliares para su absorción en los intestinos.
