Subscription and purchase option cancellation policy
Subscription orders in the VPLab online store renew automatically at the interval you choose, until you cancel them.
You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in your account or by writing to store@vplab.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately and applies to every future delivery cycle; an order already paid for and dispatched is completed as a normal order.
Subscription orders carry the same right of withdrawal and return conditions as any other order — see the returns and refunds policy.
